Justin has been THE MOST helpful trainer to come alongside and help me not only get started, but to feel more confident in the gym.

He is easy going and respectful of each person’s specific personal goals and health and fitness needs.

I have personally seen him work with all different types of clients. From high level athletes, to different shapes, sizes and disabilities. He has helped my 9 year old learn some cool age appropriate strongman techniques, and I have seen him work with clients much older/wiser than me navigating through what life has brought them and succeeding under Justin’s guidance.

His knowledge of the function of the body is amazing to learn from and brings great comfort to me when I have questions about my different pains and abilities. He listens to your concerns, adjusts as needed with many ideas/techniques of how to work the same muscle groups for different injuries or whatever you may need. He will not push your body to do what it shouldn’t- but he will encourage you to bring your best.

Since fitness is what he loves, he is very knowledgeable about all types of fitness- if you want it in your workout, he can make it happen.

Your workouts are written based on your goals and health. He always keeps them fun/interesting. He is a great communicator, and encourages questions from you so that you, too, can learn from him. I ask a lot of questions because this is a whole new realm for me- and quite frankly it used to be scary. Not anymore.

As I have been growing in my confidence and understanding in the weight room he also has many suggestions for me on tools or equipment that would work well for my body type, shape, size to make my lifting safer and more efficient.

If that’s not enough, he is very personable and relaxed. Working with Justin doesn’t feel intimidating- I look forward to getting to be at the gym every time that I can.

Even if he is helping other clients while you are also in the gym, he is always checking in, encouraging, helping me correct technique as to keep me safe, and keeping things fun.

I have been working with him for nearly 6 months and I can confidently say that Justin is the guy you have been looking for.
